Night Sky Domes is a short-term rental property in Hays, North Carolina, operated by Indigo Ridge Holdings. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to tell us to stop.
We do not sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We never have and we don't intend to.

Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which record IP addresses and page requests. That happens automatically on every website and we don't use those logs for marketing.
This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies of its own.
When you contact us through this website, we add your email address to our quarterly newsletter about our short-term rental properties — new places, seasonal openings, and the occasional offer. Four emails a year at most.
Every one of them carries an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you permanently. You can also email us at any time and we'll take you off the list the same day. If you'd rather never be added in the first place, just say so in your message and we'll skip it.
Reservations are handled by JNR Vacation Rentals, not on this site. When you click through to book, you're on their platform and their privacy policy governs what happens there. We never see your payment details.
Your contact form submission goes to our email inbox and nowhere else. We share it only where we genuinely have to:
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. That's the only outside connection the page makes.
We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful — typically a couple of years — so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Write to us and we will, without argument: tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or take you off the newsletter. No forms, no hoops.
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
